Yes, we update all your website content for you. You simply email or text us any updates needed. This saves you time and money while ensuring your website stays fresh and running properly. This drastically reduces the potential mistakes and headaches that can arise from updating or accidentally deleting important articles, sections, or features. There’s nothing more annoying than creating great content then having your website break because of an incorrect line of code. We make sure your website updates are performed correctly. Our maintenance support plans cover all necessary link building, search engine optimization, hosting server, software, plugins, and theme file updates. We can also help you create a marketing / website strategy to make sure your website content has a structured plan to schedule relevant updates. These updates are key in keeping your website fresh, relevant, and favored by search engines.
What type of updates are included in your website maintenance support plans?
All of our website maintenance support plans include necessary daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance tasks. These tasks include but are not limited to cloud hosting server updates, software updates, wordpress custom theme updates, wordpress plugin updates, domain registration, website backups, contextual article updates, hyperlink building, backlink building, local seo (search engine optimization), color changes, image resizing, image optimization, video encoding, browser compatibility testing, security threat monitoring, malware and virus removal etc. Please refer to your current website maintenance support plan for specific support details.
Can I upgrade my website maintenance support plan?
Yes, you can always upgrade your monthly or annual website maintenance support plan subscriptions.
Can I downgrade my website maintenance support plan?
If you’re subscribed to an annual website maintenance support plan you can downgrade at any time. If you’re subscribed to a monthly plan you can downgrade at the end of that billing cycle. Please reach out to us by phone, text, or email if you would like to change your current plan.
Can I change my website, graphic design, or social media marketing plans?
You can upgrade your plan(s) at any time. You can downgrade your plan at the end of your current billing cycle, month-to-month or annual. Please reach out to us by phone, text, or email if you would like to change your current plan.
Are there any commitments or contracts?
There are no commitments or contracts. If you are on an EXSELR’s monthly subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. If you sign up for an annual subscription, you are billed for the entire year at the start of your subscription. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade or downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused.
Are project deposits refundable?
All deposits are non refundable. Deposits are implemented as a security shield for our customers and our company. This helps us determine which businesses are serious about doing business, before we invest our time into their projects. This also minimizes the risk of non payments so we can maximize focus and efforts on important projects.
How does billing work?
Our month-to-month plans are subscription based and are on the first of every month. Our annual billing plans are billed once for the entire year. All month-to-month plans require a credit or debit card on file. Please refer to our accepted payment methods.
Do you offer auto-pay and paperless billing for your plans?
Yes. All of our plans offer auto-pay and paperless billing.
How do I cancel my month-to-month or annual website plan?
Simply email us requesting cancellation and we will suspend all your services. If you need to migrate your domain names, we will initiate that for you.
Will my monthly website maintenance support cost be the same after the first year?
No, after the first year your initial website build (design & development) will be completely paid for. Your website will only require a website maintenance support plan.
Is website hosting included in the website maintenance support plans?
Yes, all of our website maintenance support plans include website hosting.
Does your website maintenance support plans include business email account services?
No, we do not provide business email account hosting services. We can help you set up any business email accounts if necessary. We do set up a dedicated no-reply email address for all website communication via forms.
I have an existing website, can I keep my existing hosting server?
No, not all hosting is reliable or secure. In order to best serve our customers we migrate all websites to our preferred cloud hosting platform. This ensures that your website functions properly. Security, accessibility, reputation, deliverability, and speed are important to providing website visitors the best experience possible.

We manage your website on our VPS Cloud Hosting server for you. Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly tasks are completed by us. These tasks include, website security, hosting security, plugin updates, software updates, malware & virus removal, brute force attacks, website traffic monitoring, database backups, website file backups, contextual updates, scheduled file system cleaning, source code updates, video uploading, page creation. Domain registration renewals, website hosting services.
What type of Website Design do you offer?
We design, fully customized unique responsive websites. The website display changes dynamically, resizing to optimize user experience on whichever device the visitor is using (mobile devices, tablets and desktop monitors etc.) We design custom WordPress Themes.
What is a SSL/TLS certificate for secure web browsing?
SSL/TLS certificates are protocols for establishing authenticated and encrypted links between networked computers. It is a security measure to ensure your visitors are safe visiting your website. We setup and renew SSL/TLS certificates for all websites on our Premium, Advanced, Enterprise website plans.

I have an ugly outdated website, can you fix it?

How do I order a graphic design?
Reach out by email, text, or a phone call. Once the project has been approved by us you will understand the project scope and an idea of the turnaround timeline of completion. Payment method choice must be completed before any project is started.
When is payment due for a graphic design?
If you are a new customer you must submit a payment authorization over the phone or by email payment prior to the project being completed. View our accepted payment methods. If you already have been our customer you will be sent an invoice and the balance is due upon arrival.
What are my payment options for EXSELR’S graphic design service?

Are there any extra fees or hidden charges?
No, we don’t believe in charging customers extra fees or hidden charges. As long as your project stays within the agreed original scope you will never be charged extra. How long does it take to create a graphic design project?
Each project is unique and requires different attention. Once the project is defined and the scope is established we will be able to give you an estimated timeline. Some projects are very fast turnarounds, often the same day while others may be more complex and require multiple people and companies to provide deliverables, approvals, and making projects take longer.
Do you offer rush graphic design services?
Yes, we understand that sometimes last minute decisions or oversight happens and graphics need to be produced at the quickest rate possible. We charge a rush fee for all projects that are rushed. This encourages businesses to plan ahead to avoid paying more than usual.
Project Cancellation?
Although this is very rare if it happens a 50% of cost cancellation fee will be kept as a “kill-fee”. This kill-fee is paid by the client for the designers time when a project gets canceled prematurely.
Who is legally responsible for the content of my graphic design?
You are responsible for all content in your graphic design. Make sure that you own all the copyrights to all media and information for your marketing distribution. EXSELR is not legally responsible for any damages that may occur from your graphic design.
After a project is completed, how long is the design saved for by EXSELR?
EXSELR does our best to keep files saved incase of future needs to make corrections, adjustments, or recycling purposes. If however you plan on using the file in the far future please notify the sales representative. We can not guarantee your files will be saved for more than 6 months. However we usually store all files for archival purposes for multiple years.
What if I need to make adjustments or don’t like the graphic design project after its completed?
We strive for excellence and on every graphic design we create. As long as the adjustments are minor like spelling or resizing, we are happy to make any adjustments needed at no additional fee. We do our very best to make sure the project scope is understood before we start. We’re not perfect so sometimes mistakes or expectations are missed. If that happens we make any adjustments necessary. Our customer satisfaction is important to us. If the requests are out of the scope of the original project we will notify you. 99% of the time we go above and beyond our customers expectations.
Will I be charged for edits if the edits are out of the scope of the original project?
Yes, If you would like to edit and recycle a previous design and make changes to the copy text we can charge you hourly.
Is EXSELR’s pricing negotiable?
No, our pricing is set and is non negotiable. We are not willing to compromise the quality of our work for our customers. If you are operating your business on a small or tight budget, reach out and we can help you best allocate your funds for marketing. This will help you maximize your return on investment.
Do you offer printing services?
No, we do not operate a print shop. However we can create your design files to any specific printer requirements needed.
Does EXSELR have a price list?
Yes, we believe pricing transparency saves time and encourages business growth. Our price lists help customers easily plan their marketing strategies. If I purchase a graphic design do I receive the original design file?
No, typically you will receive an un-editable flattened.pdf, .jpg, .png. file optimized for print or the web use. It’s usually uncommon that customers request these files. If however you would like the original graphic design file for your inhouse graphic designer to be able to use as a template to generate additional files you may request to purchase that file from us. If a premium font was purchased this can be attributed to the purchase price.
If I order a logo design, what files will I expect to receive?
You will receive an official graphic designer package including all the necessary file formats. Common files we include are the following file types: .AI, .EPS, .TIFF, .PDF, .JPG, .PNG. You will be sent these files in a zipped file.
